Reserving Appointments: Debit or credit card information is required for initial scheduling.
Actual Session Time:All 60-minute sessions for on-time clients include 55 minutes of actual time spent on the table and 5 minutes for disrobing/dressing, for new clients 50 minutes of actual time are spent on the table and 10 minutes for paperwork, consultation and disrobing/dressing. If it takes several minutes to complete your paperwork, that time may come from the session time. This is only for your first appointment.
Running late? Contact us as soon as you can, by phone, voice message or text message at 407-738-6613. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your practitioner will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full session.
When you make an appointment with us for a massage, we reserve that time especially for you. Since that time is held for you, we respectfully ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. This courtesy enables us to compensate our therapists for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as our other guests. For this reason, a credit card is required to secure your massage appointment. In the case of a late cancel or No Call/ No Show for your scheduled appointment time, half of the service value may be charged to the payment method on file (minimum of $25). For members and package holders a late cancel or No Call/ No Show will result in one (1) forfeited massage session
Gratuities are not required, but they are always sincerely appreciated. The amount of gratuity is at your discretion, but the customary gratuity for a massage therapist is 15% – 25% of the non-discounted service value.
